I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking assistance regarding my ongoing refund request for the i7-14700k processor, which I am trying to return under warranty.
I have already coordinated with your team, provided the requested receipt, and completed all the necessary steps for the refund process. However, after submitting the purchase receipt nearly a week ago, I have not received any further updates, and my recent follow-up inquiries have been ignored.
I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this situation as soon as possible, as I need the refund to resolve ongoing issues with my PC.
