System Shutdown and Blue Screen

 Hello, when I turn on my msi gt72s 6qe dominator pro g device, I get a blue screen error and the system shuts down. Could it be the chipset? The same error occurs on the black lines. Blue screen errors i get: kernel data inpage error, system service exception error

1. Was the system working before?
2. When did the issue start happening?
3. Did you perform any changes to the system before the issue started happening? 
4. Does the issue only occur when booting the system?
5. Have you reported this issue with MSI?
