System Failure-My Worktop has the configuration as below

CPU: Core I7-13700

Mother Board: ROG Strix B760A, with 64 gb Ram on Broad,

Individual Display : Nvidia RTX-A4500 20 gb.

OS: Window 11 Pro.

TX: 700 Watt. 240Volt

I  have the setting run on 2 Nos of HD + 1 No of 4K monitor,   usually running drawing drafting ( Autocad 2021).

its annoying and desperated to find the CPU HEAT STRICK (Over 80C) and System suspended periodically as Autocad is run-in,  file  access event reject sometimes. Every time the system get Stuck, the only way is to  shut-down and reboot all other programme such as Adobe Illustrator.

Can Intel help to resolve this problem? its really irritating and disappointed with the performance as I always believe INTEL CPU HAS superior performances over the others!

Hello BernardMai

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about your system configuration and the issues you are experiencing.

To better understand and troubleshoot the problem, please answer the following questions:

  • What is your BIOS Version?
  • Are all drivers up to date?
  • What type of cooling solution are you using for the CPU?
  • Did you overclock the Processor?
  • Have you tried to configure your Motherboard to Intel Default Settings?

We look forward for your response!
