Hello I am using i7 10875h laptop. I accidentally poured coffee on my laptop. I then sent the laptop to the service, after the repair, now my cpu always passes the TDP and uses more wattage than it is designed. Is it something bad? or can we say the motherboard is damaged ?

There is no way to determine what is wrong with your laptop. And, assuming it is a processor issue is a bit of a stretch.
Take it back to the repair center, or replace it, or live with it.
And, keep the coffee away from the laptop.
