I have an Intel Core i7 4790K processor on an ASRock Z97 oc fomula motherboard and can not get the TPM 2.0 to enable. The 2.0 TPM does not show, only 1.2 show when I go into the ASRock BIOS setup, So I can not enable it. Is my processor unable to handle it?
I asked ASROCK, but they're not responding
I'd like to get a bios without Thunderbolt function and sns sync function

Most of the 8/9 Series motherboards that supported an optional TPM only supported modules with TPM 1.2 ICs. Are you sure that you have a TPM 2.0 module? As for support, it is the motherboard's BIOS that provides the support, so you definitely need to be talking to ASRock about this - if they'll speak to you at all regarding a motherboard this old.
Going out on a limb here, I presume that you are looking to get Windows 11 working on your motherboard. It is possible (with a little hacking) to get Windows 11 to install onto a motherboard with only a TPM 1.2. In this case, Windows 11 is *still* going to treat this as an unsupported configuration because you do not have a processor that supports their minimum standard for processor-provided security. While Microsoft has done nothing to prevent these unsupported configurations from being used (well, other than injecting all of the additional nag screens, etc.), they could pull the plug on this at any time - and, the closer we get to the Windows 10 discontinuation date, the more likely that this will happen.
Hope this helps,
