Hello friends I searched the internet and saw many people talking about several different values of the core 2 quad.
I wonder what is the normal temperature for a Core 2 Quad Q 8300 and the work of each core?
And what is the maximum temperature it can handle?

Hello; The normal temperature for the Intel Core2 Quad Processor Q8300 is 71.4°C. You can check your processor specifications here: http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=39107&code=Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A22+Quad+Processor+Q8300+%284M+Cache%2c+2.50+GHz%2c+1333+MHz+FSB%29 http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=39107&code=Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A22+Quad+Processor+Q8300+%284M+Cache%2c+2.50+GHz%2c+1333+MHz+FSB%29 Now the temperature on each core may be different since an specific program, that is install on your system, may be using an specific core. Finally the maximum temperature that the processor can handle can be around 100 °C or even more. In the case this happens the processor will shut down the system in order to avoid any damage.
