Hello Intel Community.

Long time reader for time poster

I have been having some wierd issues with my pc, when ever i do some kind of CPU Stress test it just locks up my pc resultng in me having to do a reboot of my pc to fix the problem, i rarely get BSOD.

programs that have caused lock up is a followed.
Cinebench Multicore CPU test.

Intelburntest.

Prime95.

OCCT.

Even in Intel Proccessor Diagnostic Tool it fails under the CPU stress test locks up the PC,

i have run all tests in Default Bios settings, with a up to date Bios. No XMP.

I just did a reapply of thermal paste on my Noctua nh-u12s my idle temps are between 22-29

my CPU temps when gaming seems fine i was playing Read Dead Redemption 2 they were around the 50-55C

recently changed my PSU from 750w to 1000w since i was suffering from blackscreening when gaming, allso when browsing but that was a rare occation

Its a homemade build i will list parts to be as much help as possible

Mobo: Gigabyte z690 Gaming X DDR4
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060ti Aorus
PSU: NZXT C-Series Gold C1000w ( recently updated from a G750PM Gigabyte 750w)
RAM: 32GB G.Skill 3600mhz DDR4

SSD: 3 of them 2 nvme  500gb and 1tb, 1 sata ssd 240gb
