The problem with the lack of receipt of purchase warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a request to ask of You. Can You help me by giving me an answer for my questions? My question is: can I lodge a complaint about processor in case when I don't have a proof of purchase? I have got processor, model FPO : L425C055. Can You write me, what can I do in case when this processor would stop working, and can You write me something about complaints procedure. I have got one more and the most important question: can I lodge a complaint in Poland?

I would appreciate a quick reply.
