Themal Throttling of my intel core i5 10210u

Hello , i have a intel core i5 10210u .... i have a problem that whenever the temperature of my cpu reaches more than 80 degree celcius , there are crazy frame drops while gaming . Seems that my cpu themal throttles whenever the temperature reaches more than 80 degree celcius. I just want to confirm that is it the same for all u sereis cpu? or is it just my cpu that is thermal throttling at this temperature?
