Thermal Resistance i7-7567U processor?

Hi, I am in the process of designing a thermal solution for an application using the i7-7567U processor. I am looking for documentation listing the thermal resistance (junction to case, junction to ambient (no heat sink) of the Core i7-7567U. I was only able to find documentation assuming a heat pipe in use which may not be the case for my application.
