- What is your hardware configuration (Motherboard, RAM part number, power supply, cooling solution)?
- Is the BIOS up to date? If you need assistance to complete BIOS update please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- Is this behavior happening on default BIOS settings? Have there been any bios changes?
- Please run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool) and attach the .TXT result file to the thread.
- Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
- Steps to save the report:
- Run the utility.
- Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
- Once the scan is complete click on "next".
- Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
- To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.
