We have a brand new board at the start of bring up. It is a COMe module based on the Tiger Lake IOTG UP3 processor. We have no EC but are using an eSPI-LPC bridge to perform some of the EC functions. Deep Sx is enabled.
At first boot, all of the boot signals are working in the proper order. After the SUS_ACK# virtual wire is deasserted on the eSPI bus, none of the sleep signals (SLP_S3#, SLP_S4#, SLP_S5#) are ever deasserted which is the next step. The boot does not proceed any further.
There is activity on the SPI bus from the BIOS image. The last access seen is to the IFP Overrides Partition.
The end of a capture of CSME bus activity is below. The entire capture is attached.
Unfortunately it is hard to decipher what any of this means. It looks like there is an error on the override partition read. The boot stops while polling the PPS register. Who is setting this?
Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello PDeme,
Thanks for the information provided. Looking around, you can confirm that different system manufacturers are mentioning that they have an Intel® 11th Gen Tiger Lake-UP3 processor; and you can see that their detailed specifications or datasheets state that the system may have different CPU options. Thus, I want to confirm the exact processor model that you are using. We will use this information to give the most efficient troubleshooting for your issue.
