Ich bekomme die Fehlermeldung, dass nicht nach Updates gesucht werden konnte. Jedoch keine Ursache angezeigt. Auch keinen Fehlercode. Unter weitere Informationen kommt eine Fehlerliste, in der jedoch die Meldung nicht vorhanden ist.
Hat jemand einen Vorschlag
- wie man die Ursache des Problems ermittelt
- wie man die Fehlermeldung los bekommt
Alternativ: Benötigt man den Assistenten, oder ist Windows Update ausreichen?

Thank you for your support. The problem was solved by a windows update. After installing the windows updates, there were no more error messages, which have been there for months.

In reference to your inquiry, the Intel® Driver Support Assistance is a tool that will help you with the driver updates but it is not an application that you need to necessarily install, you can always keep using the Windows* updates or the manual driver updates.
In order to try to fix possible problems with the Intel® DSA, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the following link:
If the issue persists after that, then please provide the logs requested in the link below:
And also please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
