Turbo Boost Technology feature

My new laptop supports Turbo Boost technology, how do I activate it?

Check your bios. Either there is a setting to enable it, or not. If no setting, it is either on, or not. If so, check with the manufacturer of your laptop.

Al, thanks for the response - however, although I am fairly adept of navigating PCs, but I don't know how to check my bios settings - can you point me in the right direction.

Sorry, but they are all different. Just look for something obvious, like "Enable Turbo Boost".

Better yet, contact the manufacturer and ask the question. It will save a lot of time.
