Hi,
I understand that Turbo Boost (for a i5-750) will set a higher multiplier (x21 to x24) depending on the workload and amount of cores used.
Is it possibly to make use of Turbo Boost when a different mutliplier is set for the CPU?
ie. Is it possible to set a mulitplier of x16 (instead of x20) and have the Turbo Boost range from x17 to x20?

Turbo mode should work if you manually set a lower multiplier, it's only off if you disable Turbo or SpeedStep in the BIOS.
