Hello Eduardo944,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool, hence; the translation may not be completely accurate.

The problem may be related to Intel® Turbo Boost as you mentioned, however; it sounds that it can be related to the way Operating System (OS) controls it.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:

  • Open the application, check the "Everything" box, and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
  • Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).

2. Run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool and send the results either in a screenshot or .txt file. To save the report, once the test is done, click on "File >> View Results File" and attach the .txt file to your reply.

3. Run the Intel® Processor Identification Utility and send the report either in a screenshot or .txt file. Follow the instructions here

4. Check with your system manufacturer (OEM) to make sure that Intel® Turbo Boost Technology is properly enabled in the BIOS.

5. Does this behavior happen only while playing this specific game GTA 5)? Or have you seen this problem in other games/tasks also?

6. While playing this game, provide a screenshot of the Task Manager. Please include a screenshot of the Performance and another one of the Processes tab.

Regards,
