Turbo boost got deleted ...how to reinstall ??

Actually i reinstalled windows in my acer AN515-52 which has intel i3 8300h processor. After clean reinstalling of windows the turbo boost feature is not available . how to reinstall ??Capture.PNG

Seems to be on the Acer driver download page under "Turbo Boost Driver"
