Uncore Manual for Intel Xeon 4th gen (code name: Sapphire Rapid)

Hi,

I wanted to use CBOX counters in intel sapphire Rapid processor. Where do I get Intel uncore manual for 4th gen Xeon processor. I had looked into following link (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/technical/intel-sdm.html). This link only contains upto 3rd gen Xeon processor. Please let me know where I can find information related to uncore counters in 4th gen.

I got two types of developer zone account, one is standard and another is premier. I need to signup to premier for getting pre-release documentation, but I don't have any business account (which is mandatory) as I am a phd student. It will be great if you can help me in this.
