Underclocking in Windows 11 i5 10600k

Good afternoon. In Windows 10, in the task manager, it is possible to observe the processor frequencies at maximum, nominal and idle values. In Windows 10, the i5 10600k processor produces the values that are declared by the manufacturer, and in Windows 11 they are underestimated by about 400 GHz.

The screenshots that I attached will give an example of the processor's work with the load. In Windows 10, the i5 10600k is 4.50 GHz, and in Windows 11, 4.14 GHz. Also, the base frequency in Windows 10 outputs 4.10GHz, and in Windows 11 3.80 GHz.

Is this a support issue from Windows 11 or from drivers?

I do appreciate the feedback and that you took the time to let us know about this behavior on Windows 11. Our devices/systems are fully compatible with Windows 10, however, they may not behave properly on Windows 11 since we do not have full support on this new version.

This issue could be related to a miscommunication between the operating system and your system, I recommend you report this situation with Microsoft and check for further steps.
