I have a Inspiron DELLTOWER with a Intel Pentium N3700 processor. I would like to upgrade the processor to be compatible with Windows 11.
Reaching out to the community to for guidance and advice for the most suitable and compatible processor.
If it were possible to upgrade, you would have to contact Dell and ask them what processors are compatible with their bios. Then, you could select from those.
However, your existing processor is soldered on the motherboard. Plus, your system is too old to support an 8th gen or later processor.
You need to get a new or newer system with an 8th gen or later processor.
