Hello! Can I upgrade my i5-6200u to i7-6200u on my HP Star Wars Special Edition 15-an050n? (Spec: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04851694)

I have checked on  Produce Specification, they have same TPD.

If not, how can I optimize for best performance? Because chip i5 is very lag for graphic application?

That's a good question - for HP. In order for a processor to be used, it must be socket, motherboard and BIOS compatible. Since the system - and especially the BIOS - is a product of HP, only they can answer this question.
