Dear Intel Customer Support,
I am writing to urgent request an RMA for my Intel CPU, which is currently experiencing issues that are affecting the stability of my Windows operating system and various applications. I already have opened ticket #06412450.
System Info:
CPU: Intel Core i9-13900K
Motherboard: MSI Z790 Carbon WIFI II
RAM: 4x16 GB G.Skill Ripjaws S5 6000Mhz (QVL compatible)
GPU: Asus TUF 4090
PSU: Corsair HX1200
Cooling: CORSAIR iCUE H150i Elite CAPELLIX XT Liquid CPU Cooler 360mm
The CPU, 13900k has been in use for approximately 11 months since purchase, and it is still under warranty. Recently, I have noticed a significant increase in system instability, characterized by frequent crashes of both the operating system and applications. High voltage and temps even at Intel default settings using latest bios of MSI Z790 Carbon WIFI II with 0x12B microcode with PL1/2 253W, IccMax 307A, IA CEP enabled, TVB enabled, MSI CPU lite load default mode 16. Temps reach 90-100c during gaming and sometimes reboot or BSOD, noticed VID spike to 1.52v.
I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps, such as updating drivers, changing PSU, disabling XMP & even SSD, but the issues persist. I am confident that the problem lies with the CPU itself due to the nature of the crashes and the system-wide impact they have.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me through the RMA process in India. It's very urgent as i use this PC for my work purposes and i don't have 2nd PC. I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation that you may require to process this request.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Best regards
