Le ventilateur Intel E97378-001 de mon ordinateur est HS. Pour le remplacer, https://100001.onl/ j'ai acheté https://1921681254.mx/ chez Amazon un ventilateur E97379-003. https://happymod.site/ ainsi qu'un tube de pâte thermique.

Ces deux ventilateurs étant différents (du moins au niveau du libellé) puis-je remplacer l'un par l'autre sans risque ?

No, you cannot. The E97378-001 heatsink-fan unit is designed to support an up to 95W processor. The E97379-003 heatsink-fan unit, on the other hand, is only designed to support an up to 65W processor. If the wattage of the processor to be used is above 65W, then the E97379-003 heatsink-fan unit is insufficient.
