Ventirad makes noise (i3-6100)

Hello,

I just recently buy 2 i3-6100 processor accompanied by their ventirad.

After their mounts, 1 ventirad cooler is noisy. So I go through the form - http://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/support/warranty-center.html http://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/support/warranty-center.html - to obtain warranty. After returning the serial number and the reference product seems not to be recognized.

Is is the right approach? If not, is there another way? (I'm french)

Je viens d'acheter récemment 2 processeur i3-6100 accompagné de leurs ventirad.

Seulement, après leurs montages, un des 2 ventirad fait du bruit. Je suis donc passer par le formulaire - http://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/support/warranty-center.html http://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/support/warranty-center.html - pour faire jouer la garantie. Après avoir rentrer le numéro de série et la référence le produit ne semble pas être reconnu.

Est-ce qu'il s'agit de la bonne démarche ? Sinon, est-ce qu'il existe un autre moyen ?
