HI,
Whenever I shutdown my laptop Vt-x gets disabled and i have to manually enable it again everytime,
I have Hp Laptop with i7-4510U processor

Something else to consider: If your laptop has a CMOS battery (many do), it is 8+ years old and likely should to be replaced. Loss of CMOS contents could signal reset of BIOS configuration and reset of the VT-x enable parameter.
