WHEA-LOGGER ID17!!!help!

救命!!!! 事件管理器无限警告WHEA-logger  事件ID17   

我发现这个错误指向的驱动是INTEL PEG10-4C01  而且将其禁用后无法使用NVDIA的显卡

我的硬件配置 WINDOWS11,11700k,RTX3060TI  

我尝试的办法:

1.卸载之后通过windows更新下载一个叫做Intel Chipset Device Driver 10.1.1.45的驱动并且重新安装 无法解决 

2.更新了BIOS以及intel驱动组

3.winows的纯净启动 

4.我的电源选项已经关闭了PCI-E节能

5.重新安装windows11

6.回退安装windows10

以上办法都无法解决

BTW 我的intel DSA无法在window11下正确的扫描系统但是能在windows10下正常工作 

将这个驱动程序PEG10-4C01设置为禁用之后 就不会再报错WHEA-logger17,

但是我将他禁用之后将无法使用我的RTX3060TI!!!!帮帮我!!!!!

1.我的主板和其他硬件都是新的

2.大约在3个月前购买的

3.是我自己安装的电脑

4.WHEA错误在开始的时候并没有出现

5.最近的一周到两周我才发现这个错误

6.最近并没有安装新的软件或者改变硬件设置

7.Windows的版本21H2,1000.22000.318.0

8.在家里

 

我有一些疑问:WHEA错误指向的这个驱动是intel提供的,但是我在intel的下载中心或者 DSA并不能找到更新,我是在window更新渠道安装的这个驱动,名称为intel system-10.1.41.5。驱动名称为INTEL PEG10-4C01 硬件ID:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C01&SUBSYS_50001458&REV_01 ,这个驱动禁用后我将无法使用NVDIA显卡,但是我在intel帮助上面并不能找到关于这个驱动的任何信息。关于这个WHEA错误微软社区给我的回答是硬件或者驱动的问题

Since the Intel® drivers are generic and they might not work with your computer, we always recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the motherboard, since those drivers were customized by them to work with that specific platform. 再次感谢您的回复,

我几天前就已经咨询Gigabyte了但是他们目前还没给我回复,所以我还有几个问题

 

我的CPU刚刚通过了Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit测试 ,运行R23压力的测试也顺利通过

这个WHEA错误指向的好像是关于我的显卡问题,所以我去尝试了3DMARK的测试,但是显卡也通过了3DMARK的压力测试

DRAM也测试过了并没有问题出现

 

如果这个WHEA错误指向的是主板的PCIE接口出了问题,我的显卡不应该是无法使用吗?

我是否还需要联系我的显卡供应商?

最主要的问题是,这个WHEA错误我到底需不需要关心?

"I consulted Gigabyte a few days ago but they haven’t responded to me yet, so I still have a few questions", perfect, that was the best thing to do in this scenario in order to confirm from their side what might be the source of the error.

 

"If this WHEA error points to a problem with the motherboard's PCIE interface, shouldn't my graphics card be unusable?", In theory, yes, but keep in mind that the error could be related just to a portion of the motherboard's PCIE, meaning that does not necessarily indicate that the graphics card will work or not or that the port is defective, it could be just an error related to it but that still allows it to work.

 

"Do I still need to contact my graphics card supplier?" Since the graphics card seems to be working properly, then we would suggest to wait for Gigabyte's response. Still, if you have the opportunity to do so, it is a very good option to try, maybe at this point to check directly with them if they have some sort of reports about this issue that could indicate what might the root of the problem in this case.

 

"The main question is, do I need to care about this WHEA error?" From what we know, based on what you have reported and according to the link we provided previously, the type of error is related to a hardware problem, and it could be any of the parts. Even though it seems the problem is related to the graphics card, one of the troubleshooting steps to try will be, if you have the option of course, to test a different graphics card on this same board, that will let us know for sure if the problem is, in fact, the graphics card. We understand that this option might not be always available, which is why it is a good thing, as you asked previously, to get in contact with the manufacturer of the video card to confirm if there is any further assistance and suggestions they can provide on this topic based on their card:
