So my computer (HP Victus 16) keeps having this problem mentioned above. I have blue screen quite often. It never happens when I'm working on something, but weirdly, when I do simple stuff, like clicking "turn off" button, or close the internet browser, blue screen appears.
I already have done most of the test, like shkdsk, HP Diagnostic program, also memory test, Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool. All of them said I have no problem.
Also I have re-installed the window as well but still same.
here I attach the log. Thank you!

Hello AndyWoo,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities and I am sorry to hear that you experienced such issues with your laptop unit, rest assured that we will do our best to assist you.
Please be informed that the blue screen error “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR” you received means that a hardware issue has occurred on your computer. Issues could be related to such things as hard drives, processor, power supply, bad or corrupted memory (DRAM). It also could be that the device drivers are outdated or corrupted. Another reason could be voltage changes.
Before we proceed, please note that this is an OEM device, we will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our support. However, if the issue persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
Hence for us to effectively assist you and provide you with a recommendation that best suits the situation, please provide the SSU logs so we could have a thorough check on your system. You can check this article, How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*, for your complete reference and attach the txt file here.
Thanks, and have a nice day!
