WINDOWS 11 INCOMPATABILITY

As the Windows 10 switch off from Microsoft nears, i would like to ask the question of why the following processor is incompatible:

I've made sure that the firmware for this processer is up to date via the driver check website.

Wouldn't it have been a good idea if Intel/Computer Manufacturers had a site for looking at the incompatibilities are suggesting component changes upgrades, rather than having to by a brand new PC/LAPTOP?

Considering this is the only issue as to why my PC cannot upgrade to windows 11, surely changing the processor should be a good alternative service from the manufacturers?

I am a user of Intel hardware like yourself with no other connection to the company.

The decision to limit Windows 11 installations or upgrades to a list of supported CPUs was made by Microsoft. The reasons seem to be mainly on grounds of security. It's is claimed to be possible to install Windows 11 on normally unsupported hardware using the Rufus USB utility but be aware that even if Windows 11 installs and runs using Rufus the system will still have significant security vulnerabilities.

Microsoft's complete listing of Windows 11 version 22H2 & 23H2 supported Intel processors can be found here . With a desktop machine an upgrade to a supported system could be considered. Even a budget desktop upgrade (motherboard, CPU, memory) based on current Intel hardware would be both more secure and probably a better performer than the non-supported CPU systems.
