Hello everyone!
I bought my processor on amazon.nl (Netherland) but for the time being I live in Poland. It is a box version cpu. The warranty check tool says it's still under warranty ("Estimated Warranty Expiration: 2025/12"). I would like to file a processor claim directly with intel. Do I need to create a support ticket? Is an additional purchase invoice required in the claim process?
Thank you in advance for any help and support!

Hello arko,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand you would like to replace your current processor.
In this case, if you bought this processor less than 30 days ago you must check the warranty process with Amazon. Bear in mind that the warranty policies may be different from country to country.
I recommend you open a ticket with us or give us a call to check the warranty options available for you.
Feel free to use any of the following methods:
1. Chat support
