Warranty expire

Hello,
I bought my i9 9900K boxed on November 2019 (I have the proof of purchase). Intel states that warranty eligibility (3 years) starts on the original purchase date but according to S/N and Batch on Intel Web Site, the warranty period is expired on January 2021. I'm a little bit confused, is my cpu still under warranty?

Thank you.

White_City, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to your question, the proof of purchase has priority over the markings of the Intel® Processor, which means as you mentioned, that if according to the date of purchase the unit is still under the 3-year warranty period then it is under warranty even though the markings indicate that the warranty period expired on the product.

Any questions, please let me know.
