What generation is my Intel (R) Atom(TM) x5-Z8350

I'm trying to manually update my GPU drivers and it's asking me what generation my processors are for some reason I guess just to ensure that I download the correct ones however I have no idea what generation my processors are​

Your Cherry Trail processor utilizes the same microarchitecture as the Broadwell (5th generation Core) processors. The latest available driver package that you could possibly use can be downloaded from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28662/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-.
