Hello,

Thank you for contacting Intel Xeon Community Support.

The Max Turbo Frequency of both Intel Xeon Processors is the same 4.50GHz".

The relevant difference is going to be applied in the voltage of the processor, for instance:

Non-AVX: 4.3ghz @ 1.10v.

AVX: 4.3ghz @ 1.14v.

So, it is going to affect the volage, as you can see the instructions AVX will require more voltage.

Moreover, could you please so kind and provide to me with more details about the configuration you are trying to achieve?

Best regards,

Hi Emeth, sorry for the later reply.

I think you are misunderstanding me on this question.

Like the xeon gold 6244, it has a base freq 3.6G, max turbo non-avx freq of 4.4G, but once on all cores, it is only up to 4.3G

cpu.png

it turns out that 6244 can only maintain two cores running at 4.4G.

So I am asking here, for the new 6256/6250 processors, What is freqof non-AVX instructions on all cores, cause I do believe 4.5G is one or two cores only.

Thanks!
