I've bought EPM3064ATI44-10N from Arrow and the part market is EPM3064ATC44-TN/I44-10N. Can anyone help confirm if that is the correct marking?

Hi Helen,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, Max 3000A has been transit from a single mark to a dual mark from July 2003. Kindly refer to the following link for details.

Intel FPGA has its authorized distributor to sell Intel FPGA devices. If you got the devices from formal distributors, you shouldn’t worry about the device authenticity as the devices must be valid units. Otherwise, we do not ensure the device quality and do not provide further service.

Besides, please be noted that the product EPM3064ATI44-10N device families were obsolete since 2018 according to PDN1709. https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/pdn1709.pdf

You are recommended to use the newest CPLD devices for your design.

Thank you
