Hello ATorr24,
Memory allocation per core is handled by the operating system. A 64-bit capable processor (i.e. all our current and future line-up) is capable of addressing more than 4GB when combined with a 64-bit OS, and this can be per core or on a shared capacity with all available cores.
The part that is CPU specific is memory bandwidth allocation. To find more information, please see the following link: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/introduction-to-memory-bandwidth-allocation.
If you have further questions, please submit your question on the Intel® Developer Zone forums.
Note: You may need to register and create an account before you can submit your inquiry.
