What is the meaning of the "Z" suffix for MZ87* processors?

We have some old processors in our database that we're trying to find "terminal finish" values for.

One family is the MZ87C51.  Some have FC at the end, some FCZ.  Some OEM's use "Z" to mean Pb-free.  What does it mean in this case?  Is the terminal finish still SnPb?

Thank you.

According to what I can see, MZ87C51 and MZ87C51FC are parts built by Rochester Electronics [I will presume under license from Intel]. You need to ask Rochester Electronics what these letter mean.
