Hello, @AaronG:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

The Snow Ridge BTS SoC Product Family External Design Specification (EDS), Volumes 1 and 2 document # 567638, and 568098 should be the requested documents.  The package information can be found in section 1.5, on page 44of the cited EDS Volume 1 document # 567638. They can be found when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following websites:

http://www.intel.com/cd/edesign/library/asmo-na/eng/567638.htm

http://www.intel.com/cd/edesign/library/asmo-na/eng/568098.htm

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to process your account update request or report any inconveniences with the provided site. It can be found at:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/support/my-intel-sign-on-support.html

On the other hand, could you please explain in a detailed way the reasons to know the compatibility of the cited part number with the Atom C family?

Waiting for your clarification.

Best Regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
