What package does the Atom P processor family use?
Is the Atom P processor compatible with the Atom C processor family of Pin-to-PIN?
Please help provide the Atom P5942B processor datasheet,thanks

The package information can be found in section 1.5, on page 44of the cited EDS Volume 1 document # 567638.
