I'm a consumer who wants to buy a laptop that will be able to keep up with technology for the next few years. I've been looking for laptops carrying the new Sandy Bridge processor on sites like Sonystyle and I've even called, and they are still selling the older core i3, i5 and i7's. I have a Sony Vaio with an intel centrino duo that has done me fine, except that it's had it's tiny little hard disk replaced last year and is full. I want to be able to stream to the tv, run many programs at once and most importantly, have enough hard disk space for 3 years of documents, pictures, movies, home video and itunes. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer that is currently selling computers with the new second gen processors with quad cores? Thanks!
