When can I get code for Finall Fantasy?

Hey,

I bought your processor Intel core i5-8400, got code for redeem software but I STILL cannot download only game I wanted, FINAL FANTASY® XV: WINDOWS EDITION. Could you tell me WHY? Or just tell me what is happening. Thank You
