When do you plan to support DDR4 memory with a frequency of more than 3200 MHz?

When do you plan to release processors that support DDR4 memory frequency of 3600 MHz and higher? I've been waiting for this for more than three years to upgrade my computer. The memory is available, and motherboards also support such frequencies. When will the same processors be available?

It's never gonna happen.

3200 MT/s is as high as Intel's DDR4 specification and validation will go (although up to 4267 MT/s is supported for LPDDR4x). Intel has moved on to DDR5, with speeds up to 5200 MT/s (13th gen) and 5600 MT/s (14th gen) supported.

Of course, in either case, higher speeds *can* be supported, but (a) they have to be enabled via XMP and (b) they are considered a form of overclocking and could affect both your warranty and the processor's lifetime.
