Hi!
1)ASROCK Z790 PG SONIC
2)Intel Core i9 14900K, LGA 1700, OEM [cm8071505094017s rn48]
3)Windows 11PRO 23H2
4)in BIOS Intel_DynamicTuning - Enable ( BIOS last version)
5)installed:
*INF(v10.1.19199.8340)
*Intel_DynamicTuning(v9.0.11401.39039)
*ME(v16.1.25.1917_CONS)
6)When I launch Intel® Application Optimization - I'm getting a message: Critical Error Could not start. PLease contact support
Please help me!

The problem was solved after 7 installations of Windows in different versions. As a result, for the ASROCK board, you need to download the drivers from the ASUS board and manually specify the path to the folder with Intel_DynamicTuning through the device manager. And yes, it is important, ALL E-CORE should be enabled in the bios
