When will the missing "--record=4" option in Eclipse "mem_init.mk" file be fixed?

In the Eclipse make file "mem_init.mk" file the option "--record=4" is missing from the ELF_TO_HEX_CMD_NO_BOOTLOADER statement. I get warning that hex file not correct when I compile my project using Quartus 17.1 web software.
