Where could I found Raptor Lake-S Refresh IOMT Tool?

Hi support team,

I would like to ask one question for  Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500  Raptor Lake-S Refr. CPU.

Recently I would like to test IO margin tool on this chipset.

but the 715231_RPL_S_IOMT_1_0_14_1_PV_Release version could not work on my desktop.

could I know where should I download correct IOMT version?

I was able to see a previous ticket with the same concern and currently, 715231_RPL_S_IOMT_1_0_14_1_PV_Release could not work on your desktop. Were you able to log in to How to Apply for an Intel® Resource and Documentation Center (RDC) and/or Intel® Developer Zone (Intel® DevZone) Account as previously recommended? Was the IOMT tool (715231_RPL_S_IOMT_1_0_14_1_PV_Release) from the RDC team, yet still having issues with your current desktop PC setup?

IO margin tool is Targeted to CPU: 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor and Emerald Rapids. Since you are currently using it for the Raptor Lake-S Refresh Desktop CPU, then this CPU tool is not going to work, therefore there is no support we can provide.
