Where do I find documentation about reading Intel (Haswell, Skylake, Kaby Lake, etc) GPIO ports?

Hi,

Chinese manufacturers sell various "fanless" "industrial" PC's, stating that they use Intel GPIO for general input.

Where do I find datasheets/documentation on how to actually access Intel GPIO pins? I'm working on Linux.

Thanks.
