Hello PeterPan Thank you for posting in the Intel Community. • What is the version of Intel® DSA installed on the system? • What is the brand and model of the system? • Does the system has internet connection? In the log segment that you shared the specific error is because there is no network access. • Does this behavior happen in different browses? Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Hello Leonardo,

thank you for the quick reply.

• What is the version of Intel® DSA installed on the system?

19.2.8.7

• What is the brand and model of the system?

Zotac CI327 nano PLUS, Windows 10 Pro.

• Does the system has internet connection? In the log segment that you shared the specific error is because there is no network access.

Yes. Intel® Driver & Support Assistant can open browser and connect to https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html.

• Does this behavior happen in different browses?

Yes, Firefox and Chrome, both without addons, same error:

Beim Scan-Versuch ist leider ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut, oder lesen Sie unsere häufig gestellten Fragen, wo Sie weitere Hilfestellung finden.

Hello PeterPan This seems to be because you don’t have a direct link to the internet, which is required to run IDSA. This could be from a firewall; VPN, Proxy, etc. try the scan on without them to see the result. If this does not help with the behavior try manually installing the Intel driver compatible with your system and if you encounter any issue use the drivers provided by Zotac. Intel download center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Zotac reference link: https://www.zotac.com/us/product/mini_pcs/ci327-nano-plus#download Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Hi Intel

I run into the exact problem (but only lately) - Random Windows Update? Something else? I started crawling through firewall settings and am pretty sure that opening a port is not blocked.

Have also followed random advice in various entries here that would suggest using the uninstaller and then re-installing - does nothing. I can obviously do the manual download suggested above, but would much rather that IntelDSA works again. Any chance I can feed back something that would help debug this any further?

Best,

Jens

Hi @Superbello , you're posting a reply on an old thread so those aren't monitored anymore. I'd suggest posting your own new thread so it can become it's own case.

Thank you,

Hi Mary
Thanks for the heads up, already on it and currently overcoming the usual first round of "have you followed the readme, have you tried turning it off and on again" stuff. If you think it's worth a forum post, I can happily try that.
Best,
Jens
