Why can't I find MM#999C38 on Intel's official website?

I don't know why I'm unable to find CD8069504262801, MM#999C38 from Intel's official website? 

I also can't find the environmental compliance of the product on the official website, such as ROHS, REACH. The website link is

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/content-type/mdds.html.

I hope who can help find out why?

In reference to this scenario, as you mentioned, I looked on our official website, using the numbers you provided, and I was not able to find the model of that unit in order for us to try to provide the documents you are looking for, ROHS, REACH:

Based on that, if the processor is currently being used on a specific machine, then please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, including the model of the processor, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

If the processor is not installed on any device, tne please provide high-quality pictures of the unit from the front and the back so we can verify if there are additional details that allow us to confirm the model of it.
