Why do i have 2 diffrent Clock speeds on windows system info?

I recently Overcloacked my Intel Core i7-4790 *Locked* From 3.6 to 3.8ghz When i go to Windows's system info it Displays this:

Why does it say 3.60 and then it says 3.80?

is the 3.60 part of the Name of the CPU? CPU-Z and Open hardware monitor Report that i have a Frequency of 3800MHZ

Hello shytzedaka,

 

 

 

This is normal behavior on Windows® 10, 3.60 GHz is the Processor Base Frequency and 3.80GHz is what the processor is running at.

The 3.8ghz is turbo frequency.
