You were very much in the right. I reset Windows 10 and eliminated a third-party security program I had thought was a disk cleaner and IPDT worked better than ever!!!!
Glad you have it working. Be very careful of these security programs and disk cleaners. They often cause more problems than they correct, and most users will never suspect them because "security and clean" is a good thing (so they think).
