Why has i7-8700T become unavailable?
When can we expect it to be back? Or will I have to wait for it to be replaced?

The processor is still unavailaible but it should be:
"Status: Launched"
Not a single dealer has the processor available here in my country.
When can we expect a delivery date or has the processor been cancelled?
