Hi,
I received a 14900KF a few days ago and using it on an Asus Strix Z690 Gaming A motherboard with everything set at default and on auto the voltage is excessively high and clocks are downclocking from and not maintaining 5.6ghz during multithreaded workloads this is with any motherboard enhancements disabled and locked at spec 253W.
My clocks are downclocking to 5.2ghz during Cinebench when your advertised speeds say 5.6 all core and also the E cores are downclocking to 4.3ghz from 4.4 with a max temp of 65-70 so there is no thermal throttling and also the voltage is is peaking at 1.52v in Windows???
Is this chip defective?
Screenshots attached of max voltage in WIndows, Temp and low clock speeds.

Yes I am already using the latest Bios for this board, The issue is the VID Voltage tables match for both P core and E core at 1.458V and this is not normal they should not match, Also the Voltage required for the E cores is unacceptably high at 1.458v, The cores are slow compared and not clocked anywhere near the Core clocks of the P cores, I feel the silicon on this chip is not right, I have sent a support request with screenshots attached.

That is Optimized defaults in the bios I have tried it numerous times with and without XMP.
I do not have Intel XTU installed so there is nothing overiding anything.
I will attach a screenshot to show the issue.
The E cores on my 14900KF are using excessive voltage, It should be in the 1..3-1.35 range as other users are reporting in their chips, E cores should not be using this amount of voltage for low frequency cores it is resulting in an overall voltage of 1.53v in windows because the E core silicon is so poor in this chip.
See screenshot, The E core Vid is exactly the same as the P cores, I do not know how this chip got through testing.
